Come join Tara Hovis, an MSU Extension Food Safety Educator for part three of her series Back to Basis: Getting Started with Dehydrating. Tara will lead a discussion that focuses on equipment, what to dehydrate, how to store dehydrated foods, and how to use them in food preparation.  Participation in parts one and two are not required.  All are welcome!
